Board of Directors

The governance and policy making responsibilities of the Chamber is vested in its elected Board of Directors. The Board controls the Chamber’s property, is responsible for oversight of its finances, appoints its chief executive and directs its overall mission and vision.

The Board of Directors is comprised of at least fifteen (15) elected directors, the immediate past Chairman of the Board, a Chairman of the Board, and a Vice Chairman.
