The Monroeville Area Chamber of Commerce represents nearly 700 local businesses – both large and small firms spanning a vast array of industries and services throughout the suburbs east of Pittsburgh. Our primary mission is that of supporting, encouraging, attracting and advancing responsible growth and business development in Monroeville and the surrounding communities.
The Chamber plays a vital role in the continued strength and vitality of Monroeville and the surrounding communities. Since our founding in 1952, the Chamber has been committed to building strong partnerships throughout the eastern suburbs and across the region. In addition to providing valuable resources for local businesses, the Chamber has long been instrumental in the improvement of multiple interests such as transportation, health care and beautification of the region.
The Chamber strives to maintain a strong presence in the community by encouraging local business people to get involved in all that our community has to offer. We provide our members with a variety of events and programs throughout the year. From Business to Business networking events and monthly membership luncheons to social events, educational seminars and a group healthcare purchasing coalition - there are unlimited opportunities for businesses to showcase their services, develop and grow.
